For the third straight year in a row, Matchmaker Maria has carefully crafted a series of interesting and incisive questions that will help her (and her new partner, Matchmaker Rick) find you a Fake Date!

Okay. So why are they fake dates? Well, we here at Fake Prom realize that despite our attempts to overthrow the social codes and conduct associated with REAL proms, some people still feel like they have to bring a date to Fake Prom. Frankly, that sounds like a lot of silly high-school-type stress. So as an alternative, we offer you the opportunity to participate in a relatively anxiety-free Fake Date.

When you fill out our official matchmaking questionnaire, Matchmakers Maria and Rick use a combination of rigorous scientific and mathematical analysis, detailed observation and sheer gut instinct to pair you up with a like-minded person for a Fake Date. What a Fake Date consists of is really up to you. You may decide to meet up beforehand and coordinate outfits or maybe you just want to save each other a dance for some point during the evening. Fake Dates are really just a fun and pressure-free way to meet someone you don't know. Hit or miss, you’ll have a juicy story to tell your friends!
